Welcome. We hire English teachers for jobs in Korea. Most jobs involve teaching children, and all the jobs we handle provide airfare, accommodation, legal severance pay, and an employment visa.  Please look through the site in some detail, starting with the Employment section. Even if you have taught in Korea before, there is pertinent information for you. Teaching also has useful information for anyone who wants to teach in Korea.

My name is Kristopher Kinch, and I started APC in late 1999. I'm a well qualified English language instructor and I've been teaching for twelve years, two of which I spent in Korea. I've also taught in Taiwan and Canada. I've held Head Teacher and Director of Studies positions, and done a fair bit of specialized English teaching.

Working and living on another continent is a life-changing experience that has benefited everyone I know who has done it. Learning how another group of people perceive and deal with the world is valuable in countless ways. Through experiencing a completely different culture (and Korea is about as different as it gets for North Americans), you'll also gain valuable new insight into your own society, which will benefit you for years to come. Teaching in Korea is also a great way to save some money or pay down student loans!
